Build & Defend: Strategy Game Coding Camp
About this Camp:
| Get ready to take charge in this action-packed coding camp! Students will design and program their own Tower Defense–style game while learning the fundamentals of programming. Using Construct 3, a visual coding platform, they’ll explore how game frameworks work and practice coding concepts such as variables, events, conditions, and loops. Campers will create paths, position defensive towers, and program waves of enemies to challenge their defenses. Along the way, they will experiment with mechanics, adjust difficulty, and bring their games to life. Bring a USB on the last day to save your games. | tower.png |

About Us:
We offer research-proven technology and science summer day camps for kids and teens
ages 3-14. We believe learning should be fun, innovative,
challenging and hands-on. Computer Explorers has over 200 camps
throughout Minnesota each summer. We offer 30 different classes/camp
in Video Game Design, Programming, Legos, Robotics, Engineering, and
Film Making. We have been offering computer technology camps and
classes in the Twin Cities for over 20 years, and
30 years nationally.
