About this Camp:
| This exciting design class, developed with local Twin Cities designers, invites you to explore the world of architecture and engineering! Dive into architectural concepts and apply your knowledge to fun design challenges, bringing your creative ideas to life. You'll learn to use TinkerCAD, a user-friendly 3D design tool, to plan and create your architectural masterpieces. Unleash your inner engineer as you use LEGOs to discover the science behind structures, explore physics and external forces, and learn how to design for stability and strength. You'll collaborate with a partner throughout the class to tackle advanced building exercises, solve open-ended challenges, and complete exciting design projects. We offer research-proven technology and science summer day camps for kids and teens
ages 3-14. We believe learning should be fun, innovative,
challenging and hands-on. Computer Explorers has over 200 camps
throughout Minnesota each summer. We offer 30 different classes/camp
in Video Game Design, Programming, Legos, Robotics, Engineering, and
Film Making. We have been offering computer technology camps and
classes in the Twin Cities for over 20 years, and
30 years nationally.
