Video Production for YouTube: Podcasting & Vlogging

Record a podcast or vlog and turn your ideas into an episode to share. Campers will choose a topic, map out a script, and plan how to bring their opinions and sense of humor into a YouTube video. They’ll use Audacity to work on clear recorded sound and try an episode with a co-host or guest. Editing gives them a chance to shape the conversation or story, while a custom thumbnail helps introduce the finished piece. Bring a snack and drink for class breaks, plus a USB drive of at least 8 GB on the last day to save your video.
