Video Game Design: Platformer (Virtual) Camp
About this Camp:
Get hands-on experience with designing your own video game from scratch! Students will create their own platform game, using Construct 3, a visual coding platform that teaches students the basics and structure of programming. Learn to develop engaging gameplay. Experiment with different power-ups, enemies, and boss battles to make your game exciting and fun. Bring a USB drive to save your games on the last day. This class is held virtually (online). Once you register, you will be sent the zoom link to join. |

We offer research-proven technology and science summer day camps for kids and teens ages 3-14. We believe learning should be fun, innovative, challenging and hands-on. Computer Explorers has over 200 camps throughout Minnesota each summer. We offer 30 different classes/camp in Video Game Design, Programming, Legos, Robotics, Engineering, and Film Making. We have been offering computer technology camps and classes in the Twin Cities for over 20 years, and 30 years nationally.
